Sample Group 1 (Sound Effects)

All Samples have been checked for integrity and have proven to all be of excellent quality. One is encouraged to experiment with doubling (Control D) percussion instruments to enhance efficient memory management of the sample space. This allows more samples to be compiled into one 24K file for Sound Tracker. Also, some of the samples may sound more coherent when inversed (CTRL I). Sample The sample filename as it appears in the Directory (*.COM).
Contains A description of either what the voice says or what the sound is like.
Genre Many of the samples were extracted from well known sources, the name of the source is given here.
Size The size (In Hexadecimal) of the sample.
All samples Were recorded at 10Khtz and unless required at the default pitch, should be halved (Once loaded (Control D)). This procedure will double the frequency (Raise by one whole octave to operate at Sound Trackers 5Khz) whilst also halving the memory used!!.
